BEHIND THE NAME

First, we are a small family of five. When my daughter was a bit younger we were reading together as a family and my daughter came across the word "thruffly". Or so we thought. As my wife and I looked at each other confused, we stopped her to find out what she actually meant. The word she was reading at the time was "thoroughly", which in our home we occasionally will say, "I thruffly enjoyed that".
